As a Working Foreman in Processing, you’ll lead and oversee the production processes and a team of 4 to 5 employees. You ensure production runs efficiently and meets all set criteria. Safety, quality, efficiency, planning, and order – you keep a sharp eye on all of it to ensure everything stays on track.

You’ll also play an active role in the development of your team. You mentor new employees, conduct performance reviews, and support absenteeism management. With your coaching approach, you elevate both people and processes to the next level.

In addition, you collaborate with the Technical Department on the maintenance of our machines and production lines. You’ll also ensure accurate administrative handling of goods flow, materials, and time registration.

So if you have :

· At least MBO-4 level education (secondary vocational education), preferably in a technical field;

· Leadership experience in a production environment, for example as a Team Leader or Foreman;

· A good command of both Dutch and English;

· Experience in the agricultural or vegetable sector is a plus.
