Obecnie poszukujemy doświadczonego i solidnego Sustainable Mobility Solutions Engineer'a do dołączenia do naszego dynamicznego zespołu. Stanowisko to jest zlokalizowane w Holsbeek/Tienen - praca na całym terenie Belgii.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install e-bike systems at various client locations and ensure they are in optimal condition for use.
- Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on charging stations and smart locks.
- Assemble and check hardware components to guarantee they are in compliance with our quality standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the event of technical emergencies, providing prompt and efficient solutions.

Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role or with relevant technical duties.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of electronics, with a focus on e-bike systems and charging solutions.
- Practical problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience with configuring hardware and software, as well as a good understanding of backend systems.
- Basic knowledge of IoT devices and routers, as well as e-bikes and kick scooters.
- Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing technology in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and green technology.
