Your profile as SUPERVISOR :  You are bilingual NL/ENG/Polish.You have at least 1 years of experience in managing people, and you are able to motivate and coach your team;You have a secondary diploma in your possession;You are administratively and organizationally strong and have a good knowledge of MS Office;You are communicatively strong and are fluent in dealing with people;You are able to make decisions and do not shy away from extra responsibility;You are stress resistant;You are customer-oriented; Your tasks s SUPERVISOR: You take responsibility for your part of the production process.You support your teams of operators and help them to put our 3 core values into practice. You do this by being present on the floor and keeping in touch with what is happening in production.You ensure a good division of work, follow-up of production volumes and safety regulations.Finally, you are above all a coach for your teams.
